Grants

The Grassroots Trust Central Limited Board generally meets every month to review grant applications.

Completed grant applications must be submitted on or before the application closing date prior to the Board meeting in which the application is to be considered. Applications submitted after this date and time will be held for consideration at the following months meeting.

It is recommended that grant applications are submitted at least TWO MONTHS before the funding is required. Applications submitted for events being held prior to the Board Meeting will be withdrawn without notice.

Applications started but not submitted within 20 days will be archived.  You will receive an alert email before this happens.

We also encourage Organisations to seek funding from a number of sources as there is never any guarantee of funding.

Completed grant applications must be submitted online by 11:59pm on the below application closing dates.

PLEASE NOTE: meeting and application closing dates can change without notice. It is recommended that you check our website on a regular basis when applying for funding.

Applications submitted for events being held prior to the Board Meeting will be withdrawn without notice.

Annual Review

Grassroots Trust Central Limited annually reviews its criteria, methods, systems and consideration of applications for the distribution of net proceeds. Any updates from each annual review are published via our website.

Complaints

All complaints relating to the distribution of funds should be submitted in writing and addressed to the Chairman, PO Box 9380, Hamilton or by email info@grassrootstrust.co.nz.

Complaints about the conduct of Grassroots Trust Central Limited may be made to the Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs, PO Box 10-095, Wellington or by email gambling@dia.govt.nz.
